Bridgend County Show

Craft Marquee Regulations & Booking Form

 

1. Stalls will cost £40 per 6 ft Table and 1 chair 3 days.

2. One wrist band will be provided per table booked.

3. Extra wrist bands will have to be paid for at £5 each

4. Stands will be allocated by number as per enclosed plan.

5. Any person altering table numbers will be removed from the show field.

6. All stallholders agree to abide by the regulations set by Bridgend  Show.

7. All stallholders agree to abide by all current Health and Safety Guidelines.

8. Vehicles will not be allowed onto the show field between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Vehicles may be driven onto the show field to unload they must then be removed to the official car park.

9. Any vehicle left on the show field between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. will be clamped and a £50 fee will be levied for their release.

10. All items offered for sale in the Craft Marquee must be hand made by  the person offering them for sale with no more than one eighth of the product being bought in.

11. Electricity is not provided, stallholders may bring their own generators, however these generators must comply with HSE guidelines.

12. Bridgend  Show cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.  Stallholders must provide their own insurance.

13. Any stallholder camping overnight on the show field must register with the Craft Secretary or Show Secretary.
